We feature daily specials at lunch & dinner. Some special dishes you may want to visit us for include our famous French Dip on Tuesday and Friday lunch and Prime Rib 8 or 12 oz cut featured on Saturday night.

Quality meats and produce are the standards at Carsons Tavern, resulting in a divine burger selection including classics like the Black-and-Blue Burger and a Barbecue Bourbon Burger. Owner Carson Novins’ favorite on the menu is the Caprese Burger, topped with fresh mozzarella, marinated tomatoes and balsamic reduction. Carsons Tavern is active in the community hosting 2 large charitable events annually, the Diamond Dash 5k Run and The Robert F. Novins Memorial Golf Tournament.
